Regarding field technicians, we are looking for responsible, physically capable, mechanically minded, and likable people who are good communicators. While HVAC service and installation experience is the best, we have found that electricians can pick things up relatively quickly, too. Most of our work is service and equipment replacement, not new construction; however, new construction installation work is undoubtedly relevant.

We seek responsible, organizationally minded, likable office personnel and good communicators. While you certainly don't need to have any HVAC technical experience, although that would be a big plus, experience with service-related companies, dispatching, customer service, scheduling, or logistics would be relevant.

Everyone who applies and wishes to be considered for employment must be able to pass a thorough background check, initial and random drug screening, and have a currently valid driver's license with a reasonably clean driving record (our insurance understands occasional speeding violations but has no sympathy for DUI/DWI).
